This Privacy Policy describes how Vendistax LLC, doing business as wash.pet ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our self-service dog wash facilities and related services.
We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our services. Specifically, we collect only one of the following — never both:
We do not collect your name, payment card details (handled directly by our payment processor), or any other personal information.
We use your email address or phone number for the following purposes:
We will never use your contact information for any purpose other than those described above.
If you provide your mobile phone number, we may send you SMS messages as described in Section 2. We use Klaviyo and/or Vonage as our messaging service provider and data processor to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. To reactivate SMS messages after opting out, text START or UNSTOP to our number. For help, reply HELP.
If you provide your email address, we may send you emails as described in Section 2. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional emails related to your Wash Pack purchases will continue to be sent as needed to deliver your service.
We store your contact information securely using industry-standard measures. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo, Inc. and/or Vonage as our third-party service providers for email and SMS messaging. Klaviyo acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually obligated to use your information only to deliver our messaging services. We may also work with phone carriers and other vendors involved in SMS delivery.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with our services. We may share your contact information, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages. Your SMS opt-in data and consent status will never be used for any other purpose or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
We retain your contact information for as long as your Wash Pack has remaining balance or as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications. Once your Wash Pack is fully redeemed and you are not subscribed to marketing, your contact information may be deleted from our active systems upon request.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at our facility and/or at wash.pet with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
