Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wash.pet self-service dog wash facilities and any related services, including our Wash Pack program and messaging programs. wash.pet is owned and operated by Vendistax LLC ("Vendistax," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a Wash Pack or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

wash.pet operates self-service dog wash facilities. Our services include:

• Access to self-service dog wash stations on a per-wash or Wash Pack basis.
• The Wash Pack program, which allows you to purchase multiple washes in advance at a bundled price.
• Transactional messaging (via SMS or email) to deliver your wash pack order code and balance updates.
• Optional marketing messaging (via SMS or email) if you choose to subscribe.

2. Wash Packs

Wash Packs are prepaid bundles of dog washes. When you purchase a Wash Pack:

• You will receive a wash pack order code via SMS or email (based on the contact information you provide at the kiosk).
• Each wash you redeem will reduce your remaining balance. You will receive a notification after each use with your updated balance.
• Wash Packs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Wash Packs are non-transferable and may only be used at wash.pet facilities.
• Wash Packs do not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• wash.pet is not responsible for lost or stolen wash pack order codes. Treat your code like cash.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number at our kiosk and consenting to SMS, you agree to the following:

Transactional SMS: When you purchase a Wash Pack, we will send you transactional SMS messages containing your wash pack order code and remaining balance updates. We will also re-send your wash pack order code upon your request. These messages are required to deliver your purchased service.

Marketing SMS: If you separately opt in, we may send you promotional offers and updates. Marketing SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase.

For all SMS messages:

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. Note: replying STOP blocks all SMS messages from our number, including transactional messages. To reactivate, text START or UNSTOP.
• If you have subscribed to separate marketing and transactional SMS programs, you must opt out of each separately. Opting out of marketing SMS does not automatically opt you out of transactional SMS, and vice versa — however, replying STOP to any message from our number will block all messages at the carrier level.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• View our Privacy Policy at wash.pet for information on how we handle your phone number.

4. Email Messaging Terms

By providing your email address at our kiosk, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your Wash Pack, including your wash pack order code, balance updates, and re-sends of your wash pack order code upon request. If you additionally opt in to marketing emails, you may receive promotional content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email. Transactional emails will continue as needed to service your active Wash Pack.

5. Facility Use

When using our self-service dog wash facilities, you agree to:

• Use the facilities only for washing dogs. Do not wash cats, other animals, or people.
• Supervise your dog at all times. You are responsible for your dog's behavior and safety.
• Follow all posted instructions for using the wash stations and equipment.
• Leave the station clean and ready for the next customer.
• Not use the facilities if your dog is aggressive or poses a risk to others.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including local leash laws and licensing requirements.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You acknowledge that use of our facilities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you assume all risk of injury to yourself, your dog, or any accompanying persons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendistax LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to you, your dog, or your property arising from use of our facilities.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendistax LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our facilities, your violation of these Terms, or any harm caused by your dog.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer wash pack order codes to others for commercial gain.
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent our kiosk, payment systems, or messaging programs.
• Use our facilities for any unlawful purpose.

9. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our pricing, or our services at any time. Changes will be posted at our facility and/or at wash.pet. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the wash.pet facility you use is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
